Refill Your Candle vessels

All of our candle packaging carries the message "REMEMBER TO REFILL ME", as we aim for zero waste and we want to remind you not to throw away your candles after they are used up. At our store in Nea Smyrni, we offer three easy and convenient options to refill your candle containers with your favorite scents!

Whether you prefer to visit our store or order online, the process is simple and straightforward. See below:

1. In-Store Refill:

If you are near us or want to have a personal experience, you can bring your container to our workshop at Adrianoupoleos 23, Nea Smyrni. There you will choose the scent of your choice for the refill and leave your container. After the filling is complete, we will contact you to pick it up when it is ready.

2. Online Refill:

If you prefer to do it from the comfort of your home, you can choose one of the ready-made refills in our online store. We have refills for the containers of our favorite collections, either for the ceramic container from our seasonal collection or for the musical container from our musical candle collection.
After you order the refill, it will be shipped to your home and the refilling process is easy (Watch the video at the end of the page):

  1. Pour some warm (not hot) water into the container to remove residue from the finished candle.
  2. Wash and dry the container thoroughly.
  3. Place the ready refill when it arrives in your hands.

The first burn of the renewed candle should last at least 6 hours to ensure the best burning quality.

3. Refilling Your Own Containers:

Our philosophy and goal is zero waste, so if you have your own containers that you love from previous candle containers, regardless of the store you bought them from, there is no reason to throw them away. On the contrary, you can bring them to us for refilling, giving them new life!

The price for refilling your own container will be calculated based on the ml of wax needed, after we measure the container. The process is simple:

  • You leave us your container.
  • A fragrance is selected from the variety of fragrances we have available in our store.
  • Once we have taken the measurement, we will call you on the phone to inform you of the cost and, if you agree with the pricing, we will proceed with the refill.
  • We invite you to pick up once the process is complete.
