Right of Withdrawal

Return Conditions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Method of Return

Returns of products are made exclusively via Box Now. Please contact us before sending any product.

Return Cost

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you for all products in your order, excluding shipping costs.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, provided that the goods have not been damaged (e.g., used candles, broken container and box packaging), the refund will be made within the next business day, however, there may be a delay due to different banking institutions or the intervention of weekends and holidays.
